PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL (i.e., non-returnable, non-exchangeable). Carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including but not limited to, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Special Considerations
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt via email for a replacement. Customers have three (3) days (or 72 hours) upon delivery to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect order.
Items damaged during transit, or incorrect items are subject to an exchange only. This exchange will come to you in the form of a replacement of the same item that was ordered (shipped at no cost to you), or in the form of a store credit in the amount equal to the purchase price (less discounts, promotions, and any applicable fees).
If email notification is not received by us within three (3) days of receipt of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are not able to resolve the issue, and any return or exchange requests will be denied.
Stringy Mango cannot accept international returns or exchanges, including international returns and exchanges of online purchases.
Stringy Mango reserves the right to deny refunds, exchanges, credits, or discount codes, including but not limited to prevent fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse.
