Processing Time: How long it will take to make, package, and drop off your order for transit via postal service.

Current Processing Time: 2 - 5 Business Days (Monday - Friday, some exceptions for holidays)

Shipping Time: How long will it take to receive your order once dropped off at the post office. 

Shipping Time: 3 - 8 Business Days (Monday - Friday, some exceptions for unexpected delays - ie. force majeure or weather)

US Shipping Costs

The Shipping Options below apply to in-stock merchandise for orders shipped within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location. 

Please note: Starting April 2025, the U.S. has expanded tariffs targeting goods of Chinese origin. Due to this policy change, orders may be subject to additional taxes and fees. To limit superfluous costs, Stringy Mango has opted to only offer Domestic shipping within the USA only. International orders can not be placed at this time, however we welcome global shipping in the future if these policies change. 

Delivery Options:

Standard delivery - (exact timeframe provided at checkout)

• $4.99 -  Standard (net package weight under 1 lb)
• $7.99 - Standard (net package weight over 1 lb)
• Free Shipping for orders over $50.00

*Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will arrive within appx. 7-9 business days with Standard Delivery or 3 business days if Express Delivery is selected (additional shipping charge will apply; only available for AK & HI). 2-Day Express and Next Day Delivery are available for select zip codes in Alaska and Hawaii (additional charges will apply. Orders shipping to APO / DPO / FPO addresses and PO Boxes will arrive within apps. 5-7 business days thorough the U.S. Postal Service (Express Delivery is not available).

In most cases, your order is prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. Funds will be held for your entire order and billed as your order is shipped. In some cases, you may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
